MESSAGE FROM THE PRINICPAL

Dear Crescent Harbor Families:

We have a lot going on at CHE during the spring. Celebrations, field trips, end of the year assessments and more fill our calendars. There is so much growth in our students to celebrate over the school year. Think back to the student you sent off to school last September, and look at that same student today. Aside from being inches taller, I hope you see greater confidence and hear more articulate expressions of their thinking and feelings. That progress should be celebrated!

Speaking of growth, I hope you have taken a look at how the NEW Crescent Harbor Elementary School building is coming along. The roof is on, exterior walls are almost completed, and interior walls and infrastructure are going in. The construction company has been working hard to stay on schedule, and we still plan to move into the building during the summer of 2026. Our students will have a new school for the 2026-2027 school year!

Thank you for your continued support of Crescent Harbor and your students’ education. We are more successful with your partnership.

Sincerely,

Bill Weinsheimer

COUNSELOR CORNER

Let's Finish Strong

We welcome the sun and warm weather… finally.
This can lead families to have later evenings and busier weekends together. That time of connection is definitely important. I also wish to offer a courtesy reminder of the importance of maintaining what we know children need: consistent schedules, good sleep, healthy meals, and consistent attendance.

We have some upcoming school testing days, and therefore, the need is even greater for well-rested students who have the focus and energy to do their best. Attendance is very important both for testing and for the end-of-year wrap-up. There are also fun end of year activities and we look forward to having all of our students here to participate.

Parents, please do what you can from your end to help us finish strong, and let us know how we can best support. I am happy to be a resource for our students and their families.
